I a pices of paper that tells you that you HAVE trouble writing and reading. Everyone one has away to "help" you. They ever ask what you think OR TELL YOU WHAT IS ON THE DAME pice of paper. Some school even give kids the lable of a IEP when they do not need one just to get money for the school. A kide is give a lab top and the teacher take it because the child will brack it but really teacher is using it. 3 little letter IEP can brake or make people.
